- Set specific and measureable prospecting goals for your
salespeople.
- Spend more time on list selection than on the design of
the promotion piece.
- Set practical/realistic expectations for your event with
your exhibitors.
- Publish the hotel reservation cutoff date as one week earlier
than actual.
- Maintain your registration data in the same database with
your mailing list.
- Pre-registered attendees aren’t worth anything unless they show
up.
